Intuited research shows that the healthy human body has a built-in  “weight balancing system” (WBS), which when  properly functioning, keeps its owner slim for life.  It’s known in the medical world as the endocrine system—with seven major glands that do this job:  pineal, pituitary, hypothalamus, thyroid, adrenals, pancreas and  gonads.

We offer a 5-week program, with a weekly Conference Line support session with Carol Keppler.  As an Energy Intuitive, Carol uses her skills to discover the blocks to weight loss that have frustrated so many  who have failed in their effort to reach a normal weight or have regained dropped pounds.

The goal?--just ten pounds.  Once you learn how to release the first ten pounds, it can be repeated again and again until the desired goal is attained. Life-style changes are made, which become good habits over the course of the five week series.

The Slim-for-Life System is not a “diet”, which is exactly why it works when diets don’t.  It’s about a fully functioning endocrine system and a few life-style changes.

1.  A personal interview to develop goals for life-style changes and to set intention .

2. A do-able goal of just 10 pounds  to be released in 5 weeks

3.  A coaching session via a CD sent each week— an easy way to learn and support your new-way of thinking

4.  End of week check in via email with personal feedback by Carol. 

5.  No scales allowed (trying on once-too-tight clothes works though)...and no counting calories!
